With Church Road McDonald Series Pinot Gris we have aimed to explore a lush Alsace-style wine that relies on the latest possible harvesting to provide an aromatic and full-bodied expression of the variety. The key to this wine is leaving the fruit to ripen longer on the vines, allowing it to shrivel slightly before harvest. As well as increasing the concentration of the wine, this accentuates the expressive floral and spice notes of the variety. To balance the alcohol in the wine, the ferment is stopped and the wine retains a medium level of sweetness, balanced by fine acidity and a firm structure to produce a wine that is opulent without being cloying.

For collection on departure, contactless collections will be available for orders within the departure terminal.
For collection on arrival, contactless collection will be available from our support office during limited days/hours.
