Botrytised Riesling 750ml

Aromas of florals, beeswax and marmalade, the palate is concentrated, richly textured with an intense varietal definition. By practicing organics and incorporating some biodynamic principles we believe we are doing our best to help achieve this and let our vineyards evolve and speak as they would like. The style of this Botrytised Riesling is to retain the pure fruit from the vineyard. The grapes were harvested at 34 brix, whole bunch pressed, lightly settled and racked to a stainless steel barrel where it underwent natural ferment. It was matured on full lees for 12 months, when it was racked and filtered to bottle.
