This Pinot Noir is elegant, powerful and perfectly balanced.
It shows highly aromatic and vibrant scents of violet combined with savoury notes and a touch of vanilla. On the palate, it is concentrated and full-bodied showing flavours of dried cherry, fresh blueberries and black olives. An elegantly structured wine with a delicious silky palate and long toasty finish.
Hand picked whole bunches were added during the fermentation to enhance the complex characters of this wine. A combination of new (40%) and seasoned (60%) French oak barriques were used to mature the wine for 10 months prior to bottling.
Elegantly matched with herb crusted rack of lamb with green bean, olive and artichoke salad.
