Customers please note the following steps to collect your online order:
Photographic proof of identity, a valid boarding card and your order confirmation email must be shown to collect the order.
For collection on departure, contactless collections will be available for orders within the departure terminal.
For collection on arrival, contactless collection will be available from our support office during limited days/hours.
If a customer resides outside of Auckland, home delivery will be available at the customers expense. Please contact +64 9 9732670 prior to placing your purchase to confirm this is suitable for you.
