Collection Points

Customers please note the following steps to collect your online order:
Photographic proof of identity, a valid boarding card and your order confirmation email must be shown to collect the order.

The order must be placed at least 12hrs prior to departure.

When you place your order online you can select one of the following pick up locations.

For departing passengers collection will be available for orders from our store within the Departure Terminal between the hours of 4.30am-11.15pm – prior to boarding gates, just after security.

For arriving passengers, collection will be available for orders from our store within the Arrivals Terminal between the hours of 4.30am-1.30am.

Please wear a mask and adhere to physical distancing guidelines when shopping at The Loop Duty Free.
