Collection Points

Customers please note the following steps to collect your online order:
Photographic proof of identity, a valid boarding card and your order confirmation email must be shown to collect the order.

The order must be placed at least 12hrs prior to departure.

When you place your order online you can select one of the following pick up locations. Pick up can be on departure at a ‘Click & Collect’ desk within The Loop store or alternatively on your return at the ‘Click & Collect’ desk in the Arrivals store.

Departures:

After you pass through the security screening area, turn right and proceed to the Click & Collect desk located in our departure store.

Arrivals:

After you pass through the customs screening area, turn left and proceed to the Click & Collect desk located in our arrivals store.
