Collection Points

Customers please note the following steps to collect your online order:
Photographic proof of identity, a valid boarding card and your order confirmation email must be shown to collect the order.

The order must be placed at least 12hrs prior to departure.

When you place your order online you can select one of the following pick up locations.

Contactless collection can be on departure at a ‘Click& Collect’ desk within the departure terminal.
For those collecting on arrival to Auckland, contactless collection from our Support Office will be available during limited days/hours. If a customer resides outside of Auckland, delivery will be available at the customers expense. Please contact +64 9 9732670 prior to placing your purchase to confirm this is suitable for you.


After you pass through the security screening area, turn right and proceed to the Click & Collect desk located in our departure store.
