Harley Davidson Promotion Terms and Conditions

  1. This promotion is run by ARI Auckland Ltd.
  2. The Promotional Period begins on November 19th, 2018 and runs through to 11:59pm January 7th, 2019 (“Entry Deadline”).
  3. The winner will be drawn on January 9th 2019 (“Draw Date”).
  4. Entrants must be aged 18 years or older to enter.
  5. The promotion is open to NZ residents only.
  6. To enter the prize draw entrants must, during the Promotional Period: (a) Spend $100 or more in store (excluding tobacco purchases) in a single transaction; (b) Receive a scratch card and fill in their details on the attached entry form; and (c) drop the completed entry form in to the marked collection areas at the Auckland International Airport Loop Duty Free Store.
  7. All completed and valid entries received during the Promotional Period will be entered into the prize draw.
  8. One entry per transaction will be accepted.
  9. One winner will be drawn.
  10. The prize is a 2017 model Harley Davidson Street 500 motorcycle which retails for NZD $12.000 and includes all reasonable fees associated with claiming the prize including delivery of the Harley Davidson to a New Zealand address nominated by the winner.
  11. The winner will be contacted by phone or email on the Draw Date between the hours of 9am and 5pm, using the details provided on the entry form. In the event that the winner is not able to be contacted by January 16th, 2019 the prize will be redrawn on January 17th, 2019 on the same terms as the original draw.
  12. As part of receiving their prize, the winner must agree to their name, region and photo (together “their Information”) being published on The Loop Duty Free website and in other marketing material produced by The Loop Duty Free, as well as to any reasonable publicity The Loop Duty Free requires for up to 1 month from being notified as the winner. The winner agrees to make themselves reasonably available for this purpose and agrees to grant The Loop Duty Free a perpetual and non-exclusive license to use their Information in all relevant media without compensation.
  13. This prize is not redeemable for cash or transferrable.
  14. The winner accepts the prize entirely at his/her own risk and indemnifies ARI Auckland Ltd and its employees, agents and officers in respect of any claim, action or liability or any accident, injury (including without limit mental illness), property loss or damage or loss of life arising out of or in connection with the prize.
  15. These terms in no way limit or exclude the winner’s rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1987. However, in all other instances, ARI Auckland Ltd excludes its liability to the fullest extent permitted by the law for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect or consequential loss, loss of income or loss of revenue) or for personal injury or loss of life arising out of or in connection with the prize.
  16. Aside from the fees included in the prize as listed at clause 10, the winner is responsible for all other fees and/or costs that may be associated with the prize including but not limited to insurance, tax and registration.
